The boys and I made a trip to my Aunt Ginger's out near Amarillo with my Aunt Kim. Erin and Owen came with us too. We had a great time. Unfortunately, farm life is completely foreign to Hudson so it was quite the trip of new experiences. Playing with toy pistols, riding tractors, horses and four wheelers, and jumping around on hay bales. He had a blast. My cousin Moriah's two boys, Cutter and Colter, were around quite a bit so they made sure to show him all the ropes. Oh yeah, one more thing he got to try... roping!

Summer at Pappy and Oma's
We spent the summer at my parents' house. Mark worked for my dad on a house he is building just a few doors down from where they live. It worked out wonderfully because Mark could walk to work, and Hudson could periodically run over to supervise. He loved being about to work on a real job with his dad. We had all kinds of fun doing all sorts of things this summer.
