December Happenings

We went to Mainstay Farm to find a Christmas tree, but with the drought they didn't have a whole lot so we ended up with one from Lowe's, but the boys had a great time anyway!

We had a big ice storm that the boys took FULL advantage of, coming up with all kinds of things to slide around on.

I know I have a lot of, "just cuz he's cute" pictures, but I can't help it.

He often requests his lovies to be tucked in his back so he can play, but the big bear was a new one.  Personally I think it's a little much, but he didn't seem to mind!

We spent some time in Wichita Falls on Thanksgiving weekend with family.
We all had a really good time.

more cuteness

Nate and Owen, two peas in a pod.

These two were some serious fishermen.
I don't think Nate ever took his hand off his fishing pole all afternoon.

My sister with Hudson

George and Olivia, driving off into the sunset.

Don't get a family photo opp very often!

My Aunt Allison, Grandma, and parents enjoying a beautiful sunset.

Our thanksgiving tree this year.  Every year it gets more fun as the boys grow up and widen their circle of gratefulness.  We're moving beyond every animal under the sun to some really thoughtful and sweet things.  This is probably my favorite family tradition of the year.

November birthdays

George's 2nd birthday breakfast

George and Hudson's birthday party at Oma's

George's 1st bike

Hudson's 8th birthday breakfast

Hudson wanted to go climbing for his birthday.

He took his friend John Michael.

October fun with friends
